When Tyrolean classics meet Mediterranean lightness – that's Alpine fusion.
Our chef Christoph combines the best of his roots at the Hotel Sonnalp: from the Tyrolean mountains to his Swiss homeland and down to the Mediterranean. Traditional classics such as boiled beef or Kasnock'n meet Mediterranean lightness, aromatic herbs, and a touch of Adriatic cuisine.

Whether hearty Tyrolean or delightfully sweet – your day with us starts just right: with a smile, a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and a generous breakfast buffet. Regional specialities and fresh pastries are prepared for you from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
